Return and exchange of goods
Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The purchase amount will be transferred to your bank account from which the payment for the purchase was made after the goods are returned and inspected.
To return the goods, you must:

♦ the costs of returning/shipping the goods are covered by the Buyer;
When returning the goods, the following conditions must be met:
♦ the packaging of the returned goods must not be damaged;
♦ the returned goods must not be used;
♦ the returned goods together with the packaging must not have lost their previous appearance (labels, safety films, etc. are preserved);
♦ the returned goods must be in the same package as the Buyer received them;
♦ does not apply to poor-quality goods.
